Welcome to Liten Studio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Company Information
Liten LLC is the registered business entity and is in the process of registering Liten Studio as a DBA (doing business as). The registered business address is 276 Greenpoint Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222. Products and Services
Liten Studio creates bespoke commitment and fine jewelry. Each piece is made to order and crafted with the highest attention to detail. Because all pieces are custom-made, bespoke jewelry is final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Warranty
Liten Studio provides a limited 6-month repair warranty on all jewelry purchases beginning from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in craftsmanship or materials. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, stone loss due to impact, improper care, or lost or stolen jewelry. Repairs or modifications performed by a third party will make the piece non-eligible for warranty service. After the warranty period has ended, repairs may still be arranged for a service fee. Clients are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty and non-warranty repairs.
Ordering and Payment Policies
We accept secure ACH bank transfers as our preferred payment method, along with all major credit cards for purchases under $5000. Production timelines vary by piece and project. For made-to-order pieces, lead time is listed on each product page. For bespoke commissions, timeline is discussed during consultation and confirmed in your client agreement. A deposit of fifty percent of the estimated total cost is required to secure materials and begin the production process.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship domestically via FedEx insured priority overnight shipping. International shipping is available to select countries. Most orders are delivered using FedEx Priority or Standard Overnight, with delivery times depending on the destination. In the event of a lost, delayed, or damaged shipment, customers should contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee outcomes once the package has been transferred to the carrier, we will assist in filing any necessary claims.
Intellectual Property
All designs, including custom creations, are the intellectual property of Liten Studio. This includes all content, images, and branding used on our website. These materials may not be reproduced, copied, or used in any way without our written permission. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Privacy Policy and Data Handling
We collect customer information such as name, email, and shipping address for order fulfillment and communication purposes. This information is securely stored through trusted third-party platforms, including QuickBooks, which are compliant with applicable privacy regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. User Responsibilities and Website Usage
Users of our website agree not to engage in unlawful activities or attempt to interfere with the operation of the site. Prohibited actions include uploading malicious content or attempting to access other users’ information. If account creation is required, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute related to the use of our website or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration held in New York County, New York, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Liten Studio may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website and our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
